Refund policy

Due to the nature of alcohol sales and applicable state and federal regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on bourbon or spirits products once they have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bourbonvaulthq.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly through a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
