Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Age Verification at Delivery: All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery. Unclaimed packages may be returned and are subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is permitted. We are unable to ship to states where such shipping is prohibited by law.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bourbonvaulthq.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
